Matthew’s Pumpkin Muffins
 
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ c sugar
  • 1 c oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 t salt
  • ⅔ c water
  • 2 ½ c pumpkin
  • 2 ½ c white flour
  • 1 c whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ t ginger
  • 1 t cloves
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 1 ½ t vanilla
