Asian Pork with Snow Peas
  • 2T oil
  • 2 T minced garlic
  • 2T minced ginger
  • 1 lb thinly sliced pork
  • 6T soya sauce
  • 4T rice vinegar
  • 2T hoisin sauce
  • 2T maple syrup
  • 2 t cornstarch
  • green onions
  • snow peas
  • sliced red peppers
  1. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl - soya sauce, vinegar, hoisin sauce, syrup, cornstarch
  2. Fry ginger, garlic, pork til meat almost cooked
  3. Add snow peas, onion, peppers - fry 2 min
  4. Stir in sauce mixture and cook about 3 min
