Shrimp and Spinach Dip

Shrimp and Spinach Dip
Serves: 12
Serve with cracker or black bread and some corn chips for the kids
  • ¾ c cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c spinach, chopped fresh
  • ¼ c mayonnaise
  • ¼ c sour cream
  • ¼ c chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ c chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2T lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp
  1. In blender or food processor, blend cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, parsley, onions, lemon juice, garlic and pepper.
  2. Chop shrimp coarsely. Add and process til finely chopped but not pureed.
