Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
Serves: 24
Can be stuffed using a pastry bag or small spoon
  • ¾ c ricotta or cream cheese
  • ⅓ c chopped fresh basil or parsley
  • 4 t olive oil
  • a little pepper
  • 24 cherry tomatoes
  1. Beat cheese til creamy then beat in other ingredients
  2. Make and x in bottom of each cherry tomato, scoop out seeds and stuff
