Grilled pineapple skewers with Maple lime Yoghurt dip
 
Ingredients
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 2 t maple syrup
  • pinch salt
  • 1 pineapple cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
  • 1 T chopped fresh mint
  • Maple Lime Dip
  • 1 c 2% plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 1 t grated lime zest
  • 4 t lime juice
Instructions
  1. Whisk lime juice, syrup, and salt.
  2. Thread pineapple onto 8 soaked wooden skewers and grill brushing with lime mixture, turning occasionally til grill marked about 5 min. Remove to platter and sprinkle with mint
  3. Dip Stir together and can refrigerate for up to days
