Pomegranate spinach with garlic chips
- In large skillet heat 2 t oil over medium low heat; cook 5 cloves garlic finely sliced til golden, 3-4 min
- Transfer to paper towel lined plate.
- Add 10 c packed spinach (11oz-321g) to skillet in 3 batches cook til slightly wilted,about 2 min.
- Transfer to serving bowl, sprinkle with 1/4 c pomegranate seeds and garlic chips
