Lorraine’s Bran Muffins

Lorraine’s Bran muffins
 
Serves: 12 muffins
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c all bran
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/4 c marg
  • 1/4 c br sugar
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 3 T molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 1c flour partly whole wheat
  • 1 1/2 t b powder
  • 1/2 b soda
  • 1/2 c raisins
Instructions
  1. Mix bran and milk and set aside
  2. Cream marg and sugar and add maple syrup, molasses and beaten eggs
  3. Mix dry ingredients together
  4. Add bran mixture to sugar mixture
  5. Stir in dry ingredients and raisins
  6. Bake at 400 for about 18-20min
