Quick Coconut Cherry Cake
 
Ingredients
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple minus 2 T juice ( or ½ large can)
Instructions
  1. Mix together in 8X13 pan
  2. Spread on top - 1 pkg. white cake mix
  3. Sprinkle on 1 cup coconut
  4. Pour 1 cup melted butter on top
  5. Variations: Blueberry pie filling
  6. Chocolate cake mix with the cherry pie filling - black forest
  7. Almonds in place of coconut
