Grated Beet Salad With Citrus Herb Dressing

Ingredients
- ? ¼ cup (50 mL) fresh orange juice
- ? 3 tbsp (50 mL) olive oil
- ? 1 tsp (5 mL) each of grated orange zest and fresh lemon juice
- ? Liquid Ontario Honey and Dijon mustard
- ? Salt and pepper to taste
- ? 3 peeled and finely grated raw Ontario Beets
- ? 1 tbsp (15 mL) mixed chopped fresh herbs sucas parsley, tarragon, chervil and chives
Instructions
- Whisk together ¼ cup (50 mL) fresh orange juice, 3 tbsp (50 mL) olive oil, 1 tsp (5 mL) each grated orange zest, fresh lemon juice, liquid Ontario Honey and Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
