Ivy's Heart Healthy Pancake Mix
 
Ingredients
  • 6 cups flour mix made up as follows: 3 c whole wheat flour; ⅓ c ground flax; ⅓ c wheat germ; ⅓ c wheat bran; 2 c all purpose flour
  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 6 Tbsp baking powder
  • 6 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix well and store in air tight container.
  2. Makes 8 cups of mix.
  3. To use: Combine 1½ c mix, 1 c water, 1 egg, and 2 Tbsp oil.
  4. Makes 8 pancakes.
  5. The above 6 c flour is my variation - can be changed.
  6. Best kept it in an airtight container in the freezer. Could also be stored in frig.
