Quick Coconut Cherry Cake
Ingredients
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 small can crushed pineapple minus 2 T juice ( or ½ large can)
Instructions
- Mix together in 8X13 pan
- Spread on top - 1 pkg. white cake mix
- Sprinkle on 1 cup coconut
- Pour 1 cup melted butter on top
- Variations: Blueberry pie filling
- Chocolate cake mix with the cherry pie filling - black forest
- Almonds in place of coconut
