Chocolate Truffle Cake
Ingredients
- package of chocolate cake mix
- tub (1L) of whipping cream
- packages (come in 4 individual containers) of chocolate pudding
- package of Skor chips (you will only use ¾ of the package)
Instructions
- Bake cake according to directions
- Allow to cool
- Cut into 4 sections
- In a truffle cake bowl layer as follows:
- -crumble first section of cake as the first layer
- -spread 2 containers of the chocolate pudding
- -sprinkle some of the skor chips
- -spread about ¼ of the whip cream
- Repeat layers - using all 4 sections of the cake
- Last layer is whip cream
- sprinkle with more skor chips
- Enjoy!
