Cheddar Cheese spread

Cheddar Cheese spread
 
Ingredients
  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ c grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 T chopped red pepper
  • 3 T chopped sweet pickles
  • dash worcestershire sauce
  • ½ t lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients til smooth
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavours blend
  3. Serve at room temp
