Cheddar Cheese spread
Ingredients
- 250 g cream cheese, softened
- 1½ c grated cheddar cheese
- 1 T chopped red pepper
- 3 T chopped sweet pickles
- dash worcestershire sauce
- ½ t lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients til smooth
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavours blend
- Serve at room temp
