Ruth's Beef Stew
 
for the crockpot
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs stewing beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 4 medium potatoes - cubed
  • 1 c frozen corn
  • 1 c frozen peas
  • ½ pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • ½ can water
Instructions
  1. Cover and cook 3 hours @ 300'
