Pomegranate spinach with garlic chips

Ingredients
  • In large skillet heat 2 t oil over medium low heat; cook 5 cloves garlic finely sliced til golden, 3-4 min
  • Transfer to paper towel lined plate.
  • Add 10 c packed spinach (11oz-321g) to skillet in 3 batches cook til slightly wilted,about 2 min.
  • Transfer to serving bowl, sprinkle with ¼ c pomegranate seeds and garlic chips
