Lorraine's Bran muffins
Serves: 12 muffins
Ingredients
- 1½ c all bran
- 1 c milk
- ¼ c marg
- ¼ c br sugar
- 2 T maple syrup
- 3 T molasses
- 2 eggs
- 1c flour partly whole wheat
- 1½ t b powder
- ½ b soda
- ½ c raisins
Instructions
- Mix bran and milk and set aside
- Cream marg and sugar and add maple syrup, molasses and beaten eggs
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Add bran mixture to sugar mixture
- Stir in dry ingredients and raisins
- Bake at 400 for about 18-20min
