8 chicken or pork stock
8 oz baby bella/ shitake mushrooms, finely sliced
1 -8oz can bamboo shoots
water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c rice vinegar
1/4 c soy sauce
2T fresh ginger finely chopped
jalapenos
garlic
bean sprouts (opt)
Simmer til bean sprouts and mushrooms cooked
Thicken with 1/4 c cornstarch – may need more
Add the following:
8oz firm tofu, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2 green onions, finely chopped
1t sesame oil
black pepper
Drizzle in 2 beaten eggs (opt)
Garnish with green onion
Optional lemon grass powder
