Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Can be stuffed using a pastry bag or small spoon
Ingredients
- ¾ c ricotta or cream cheese
- ⅓ c chopped fresh basil or parsley
- 4 t olive oil
- a little pepper
- 24 cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Beat cheese til creamy then beat in other ingredients
- Make and x in bottom of each cherry tomato, scoop out seeds and stuff
