Grilled pineapple skewers with Maple lime Yoghurt dip
Ingredients
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 t maple syrup
- pinch salt
- 1 pineapple cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
- 1 T chopped fresh mint
- Maple Lime Dip
- 1 c 2% plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1 t grated lime zest
- 4 t lime juice
Instructions
- Whisk lime juice, syrup, and salt.
- Thread pineapple onto 8 soaked wooden skewers and grill brushing with lime mixture, turning occasionally til grill marked about 5 min. Remove to platter and sprinkle with mint
- Dip Stir together and can refrigerate for up to days
