2 1/2 cooked squash
1 or 2 eggs
3-4T coconut milk
1/2 t cinnamon
pinch nutmeg and ginger
1/8 t salt and pepper
1 t vanilla
Beat the above til smooth and place in greased casserole dish
Topping
3 T chopped pecans
3 T rolled oats
1T butter
3/4 T honey
1/8 t cinnamon
1/2 t vanilla
dash salt
Heat butter and honey til melted and stir in rest of ingredients
Bake 350 about 30 min til fully set and topping is golden brown
