Crunchy noodle salad

Ingredients
  • 2 200g pkg udon noodles
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 340g pkg rainbow or broccoli slaw
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions (omitting seasoning), 2 to 3 min. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water. Set aside.
  2. Whisk vinegar with soy, honey and ginger in a large bowl. Stir in noodles, slaw and sesame seeds until well coated. Serve noodles with Sizzling spicy steak.
