Pesto Grilled Tomatoes
Serves: 4
 
Ingredients
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • pesto sauce
Instructions
  1. Cut tomatoes in half crossways and scoop out a little of the pulp
  2. spoon 1 T pesto sauce into each hollow
  3. Place tomatoes on upper rack of BBQ while dinner is cooking
