Ruth's Beef Stew
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 2 onions
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 4 medium potatoes - cubed
- 1 c frozen corn
- 1 c frozen peas
- ½ pkg onion soup mix
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- ½ can water
- Cover and cook 3 hours @ 300'
