J&K Celery soup
 
Ingredients
  • 1 T oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 5 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 4 c chicken broth
  • 1 t thyme
  • ½ t pepper
Instructions
  1. Fry onion til soft, add celery and fry 5 min more
  2. Put all ingredients in a pot and cook til soft
  3. Immersion blender
