Crunchy noodle salad
- 2 200g pkg udon noodles
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 340g pkg rainbow or broccoli slaw
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- Cook noodles according to package directions (omitting seasoning), 2 to 3 min. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water. Set aside.
- Whisk vinegar with soy, honey and ginger in a large bowl. Stir in noodles, slaw and sesame seeds until well coated. Serve noodles with Sizzling spicy steak.
