Mexican Tortilla Soup

Chicken stock with added jalapeno peppers
Onions finely chopped and sauteed garlic
2 bay leaves
finely chopped celery
corn
black beans
shredded chicken
cilantro
2 t oregano, 1 t ground coriander, 1 t cumin, 1T papriks (or more)
When the above is cooked add canned tomatoes

Optional: grated zucchini, chopped spinach/beet leaves

Toppings: chopped cilantro, avocado, cheese, lime wedges/ juice
