Bev’s Pickled Bean Recipe

Sterilize 6 pint jars
Cut 2 1/2 lb green beans 1 cm shorter than jar
To each jar add 1 garlic clove, 1 sprig dill weed, red pepper flakes/ whole hot pepper
Bring to a boil – 2 1/2 c vinegar, 2 c water, 1/4 c salt(no additives)
Add beans and fill jars
Simmer for 10 min in a boiling water bath
