Fermented Eggs

12 eggs, hard cooked and shells removed

1/4 c culture starter
1 T salt with no additives
1 c filtered water(no chlorine)
Stir til salt is dissolved

Add any of the following:
  garlic
  pickling spice
  hot peppers
  dill
  pepper corns

Make sure eggs are all under the liquid
Ferment 2- 3 days in the dark, at room temperature then store in fridge

Culture Starter – one of the following fermented products:

sauerkraut or dill pickle fermented brine
apple cider vinegar with the mother
kimchi brine
kombucha
previous ferment
