Mu Shu Chicken

Mu Shu Chicken

uses bagged coleslaw and rotisserie or leftover chicken, ready in 20 min
  • Whisk ½ t cornstarch, 1T soy sauce, 2T each dry sherry and hoisin sauce in a small bowl
  • Heat 2 t oil in large non stick fry pan, medium high
  • Add 1 T minced garlic and ginger and stir fry 1 min
  • Add 14 oz bag coleslaw mix and ½ c chopped green onions and stir fry til just wilted, about3 min
  • Add 2 c shredded rotisserie chicken and soy mixture
  • toss til heated thru
  • Drizzle with 1 t sesame oil
  • Serve wrapped in 8 tortillas, warmed in microwave,
  • Additional hoisin can be spread on tortillas and green onions sprinkled on filling
